"Residential Gutter Cleaning"
- Please Note: All scheduled appointments are subject to modification without prior notice due to variables such as weather conditions, unforeseen service duration, routing adjustments, employee-related issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, including acts of nature. For exterior services, your presence on-site is not required.
- Customer Responsibility: By engaging our services, you affirm that the roof of your property is structurally sound and capable of supporting the weight of our personnel and their equipment. Should the roof fail to meet these requirements, any resulting damages shall be the sole responsibility of the customer. Axton Property Solutions LLC assumes no liability for damages, including but not limited to broken or cracked shingles (asphalt, tile, slate, cedar, etc.), roof decking, or rafter boards.
- Scope of Gutter Cleaning Service: Our gutter cleaning service includes the removal of solid debris from gutters and downspout systems, extending to the ground level. It is important to note that underground drainage systems do not fall within the scope of this service.
- Gutter Cleaning Process: We do not employ water-based methods to clean the interior of gutter systems. Solid debris is manually collected, bagged, and removed from the premises. Gas-powered blowers are utilized to clear smaller debris, and each downspout is meticulously examined to ensure it is unobstructed to the ground level.
- Disclaimer of Warranties: Axton Property Solutions LLC does not offer any warranties, whether expressed or implied. We cannot be held responsible for property damage, either directly or indirectly caused by water-related issues. This includes, but is not limited to, mold, mildew, drywall damage, landscaping disruption, window or siding impairment, wood trim deterioration, or structural concerns.
- Insurance Coverage: Axton Property Solutions LLC maintains comprehensive General Liability Insurance and Workers' Compensation Insurance at all times, ensuring the highest level of professionalism and security for our clients.
- Workforce Exclusivity: All services are executed solely by employees of Axton Property Solutions LLC. We do not engage subcontractors or utilize 1099 contract workers to perform any portion of our work.
- Damage Reporting Policy: Customers are required to report any property damage they believe to be attributable to Axton Property Solutions LLC within seven (7) days of project completion. Timely notification ensures a prompt and efficient review of the issue.
